What are the qualifications for the Low Price Guarantee?
To qualify, simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation e-mail from us. The competing room rate must meet the following requirements 1) amount to a lower total room rate for your group’s entire stay, not individual room or night 2) be in the same currency and 3) be available upon verification for the same hotel, travel dates, number of guests, number rooms and room types. Taxes and fees are not included when determining the lower rate. Claims on rates which are part of a travel package or where rates/hotel names are not known until a booking is made (such as auction sites, Priceline®, etc.) cannot be honored. Only one free stay can be offered per group, even if the group is confirmed in more than one booking. The free stay will apply to the qualified booking, and is non-transferable.
I qualify for the Low Price Guarantee. How do I file my claim?
It’s easy to file a claim. Please provide proof of qualification along with your booking’s reference number, group manager name, email address and phone number. Proof of qualification must be dated within 24 hours after your booking is made and include a screenshot showing the competitor’s name, hotel’s name and address, room rate amount, currency, and availability for your dates, number of guests, total number of rooms and room types. This screenshot should include a total booking price for comparison purposes. You are not required to make a booking for the competing room rate for proof of qualification. This information can usually be obtained on the competing website’s credit card information page prior to making a booking; please remove any personal credit card information before submitting your claim.

I’ve filed a claim. When can I expect to receive a response?
Our Travel Planners will verify qualification and availability of the competing rate. We will respond within 24 hours to advise if we are able to match the competing rate. If the competing rate does qualify for this guarantee and we are unable to match it, the group manager of your group has earned a free stay for this booking!
How is my free room issued?
We will make every attempt to issue a complimentary room for you prior to check-in. However, in the event that we are unable to comp your room prior to check-in, we will send a refund check to the Group Manager after checkout. The refund is only applicable for the Group Manager’s room rate, and does not include taxes, porterage fees, guest fees or charges imposed by the hotel during your stay. You will be required to show proof of stay by submitting a copy of your hotel receipt along with our Refund Request form within 30 days of check-out. Please call our Travel Planners at
