They were very rude

It�s an excellent location for a downtown visit. The rooms in the Kress building though more expensive are a lot nicer. As a guest, I would like to see a little more diversity in breakfast...

I am somewhat likely to return to the Springhill Suites by Marriott Memphis Downtown Memphis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
