The hotel is in a convenient location but in a really bad area of town. I was not comfortable leaving the hotel in the evenings to do other attractions that were close.

I am very likely to return to the Springhill Suites By Marriott Phoenix Downtown Phoenix.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Business suite was not open one night had a reservation for the complimentary shutle, within the hours that the shuttle was available, but the driver decided to quit early, so had to wait 30...

I am somewhat likely to return to the Springhill Suites By Marriott Phoenix Downtown Phoenix.
I might recommend it to friends.

The facility is very clean and bright. The pool and other amenities were very clean.
