Mediocre	The room service was inconsistent, as on three consecutive days I had to ask for room service. Also, the restaurant could not deliver room service as the staffing was insufficient. Also they... I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Hotel and Suites Niagara Niagara Falls. I might recommend it to friends. Posted 04/06/2007

Excellent	They are great places to stay. I feel safe there and I am always treated with respect and the house staff goes out of their way to accommodate me and my family. Even my pet comes with us. I am very likely to return to the Quality Hotel and Suites Niagara Niagara Falls. I would definitely recommend it to friends. Posted 03/18/2007

Awful	Too many troubles, too many headaches! We stayed at this hotel with our 2 year old son, when we made the reservation we asked for a Junior Suite so my son would have enough room to roam. The girl we made the reservation with said... I am likely to return to the Quality Hotel and Suites Niagara Niagara Falls. I might recommend it to friends. Posted 02/20/2007
