This oceanfront hotel offers ocean-view rooms and two-bedroom suites. The open-air lobby and relaxing courtyard lead you on a pathway to the beach. Sarentos Top of the I offers sky-high dining and elegant Italian cuisine. Tanaka of Tokyo presents fine steak and seafood prepared with great flair by master teppan-yaki chefs on your table-top grill. Enjoy Hawaiian entertainment Friday evenings and the 40-year-old torch lighting ceremony every evening. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, fitness room, tennis court, hair salon, and gift shop/general store. This is a non-smoking hotel.
All Ilikai rooms have balconies with ocean views of Waikiki and many rooms come equipped with kitchens. Room amenities include air-conditioning, alarm clocks, bottled water (for a fee), coffeemaker/tea service, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, safes, pool towels, dual-line-telephones, voicemail, high-speed Internet access, and cable TV with pay-per-view movies and video games. $25 per day valet parking.

The hotel was wonderful, in a good location, with cheaper restaurants nearby.
I am very likely to return to the Ilikai Hotel And Suites Honolulu.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Stay away from this hotel!
I've stayed at the Ilikai for over 20 years. Recently, it was a Marriott hotel chain, but they sold it and it is now independently owned. I'm sad to say, the hotel is a disaster.

Very poor quality for a Renaissance
The location was further from the main beach than other hotels on the island, so it would have been difficult (and far) to take night walks on the beach; however, the view of the dock was
I am not likely to return to the Ilikai Hotel And Suites Honolulu.
I would not recommend it to friends.

stay away big time
this place says they have a pool, what they fail to tell you is that it is an oversized wading pool..pictures look good, but no beach access.
no restaurants on premise.. if you get hungry ...
I am likely to return to the Ilikai Hotel And Suites Honolulu.
