The location was ok. I changed rooms when the air conditioner unit did not work. I had no other problems.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Reno Reno.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location is close to the interstate highway which was okay for me, but it�s a ways from downtown, so it is not a good location for someone else.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Reno Reno.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel itself was what we expected cleanliness and service wise. However, the parking lot did not feel very secure. Also, the hotel's casino looked rundown and not too safe, either.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Reno Reno.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
