We were visiting family, so we only stayed at the hotel minimally. The hotel was clean. Our needs were met.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Oneonta Oneonta.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay 
The manager was not helpful or focused on customer service. The hotel was reasonably comfortable, with clean rooms. I liked the complimentary snacks and the breakfast goodies.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Oneonta Oneonta.
I might recommend it to friends.
