The hotel has a good location and it is a good value for a hotel. It was well suited for a short, weekend stay.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Downtown Chicago.
I might recommend it to friends.

They had very friendly service, comfortable beds, but so-so bathrooms. My biggest complaint is I did not have the time or money to stay longer.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Downtown Chicago.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location is excellent, the room was fine, nothing special, but nothing bad either. The lobby was very nice. The staff was very good.
