I found the front desk staff to be less than friendly, less than helpful, and they really didn't seem to care if the customer was satisfied or not. They messed up twice on the details with o...

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Downtown Aladdin Kansas City.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Okay 
I was not real happy. I know it was not all their fault, the problem was with the person who made the reservation. They listed my first name as last name and could not find our reservations....

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Downtown Aladdin Kansas City.
I might recommend it to friends.
