Poor reservation system, but great rooms
The hotel was very nice and the front desk staff person who checked me in was given the task of dealing with me, the guest from hell. I had been told that the agent who made the reservation...

Everyone was friendly. They had nice size accommodations, a restaurant on premises and indoor parking.

I enjoy staying at the Flagship hotel and I stay there every year. I find the employees knowledgeable and friendly. They are quick to respond to your needs.
