As a guest of Extended Stay America, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $75 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

It is a good value because it has a very useful kitchenette in it. The vending machine is expensive, though.

Poor 
The hotel was not clean and there were badly repaired holes in the wall. The smoking floor was hazy and smelled. Non-smoking was definitely much better, cleaner and well-kept.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended Stay America Chicago Hillside Hillside.
I might recommend it to friends.
