Stay Away 
They don't honor reservations!
I made a reservation here two months in advance, paid for the room, and after my credit card was charged, we were told 10 days before we were going to leave that they no longer had any rooms...

I am likely to return to the Church Street Inn Charleston.
I might recommend it to friends.
