We got up to our room and it was so noisy from the busy street just outside of our window, that we had to turn on the A/C unit and I had to use my extra pillow to put on top of my head to dr...

There were bugs in my bed and they bit my right arm and the side of my right face. The staff was notified and was asked to change my linen, but they did not do it. That evening when I return...

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Courtesy Inn Anaheim.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The front desk clerk was not friendly. They sent us up to a room that was not ready and then they had to move us. The room they moved us to had a problem with the toilet leaking and then it ...

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Courtesy Inn Anaheim.
I might recommend it to friends.
