One of the worst stay I've had
This hotel is one of the worst! First of all, they advertise $7.00 valet parking (which is mandatory I might add), but it was $15.00! And they expect a tip on top of that? Outrageous! Second...
I am likely to return to the Benchmark Hotel Downtown Memphis Memphis.
I might recommend it to friends.

For the price, this hotel was shabby and rundown. The lights were out in the room and the hallway outside smelt and it was very dirty.
I am not likely to return to the Benchmark Hotel Downtown Memphis Memphis.
I would not recommend it to friends.

You get what you pay for.
There is a reason that this hotel is over $100 cheaper a night than the other hotels in the same area. First of all, we showed up at the hotel expecting valet parking. There was valet park...

Be careful, you get what you pay for
Cheap enough rates. Friendly staff, till there is a problem. We had our car valet parked. Upon leaving noted that our gas tank was much lower than when we arrived, and additional 50 miles ha...
