The hotel location is ok but the staff cannot be trusted which is outrageous! There's this one guy in the reception who advertises for Starline tours and if you book one, he asks for a depos...

The only good thing about the Milner Hotel was the location - walking distance to Convention Center and Staples Center. Tiny run-down room with a mattress as hard as the floor. Cleanliness c...
