Please be advised that pool heating and spas are optional and subject to availability. The request must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Not all homes are equipped with pool heaters nor have spas or are pet friendly. Some of our homes are equipped with gas heaters and others with electric heaters. Electric heaters take much longer to reach the desire temperature than a gas heater. The daily fee for an electric heater is $25 plus tax and $45 for a gas heater. Request for heaters have a minimum of 3 nights or more.
