A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $75 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Stay Away	Had to leave I chose this hotel for a business trip in early August 2007. I checked in, the clerk at the desk was quite friendly. Good	Itï¿½s a nice place and has a friendly staff. It has good prices. It is located near major traffic arteries, dining, tourist attractions, with easy access to Cape Ann. Good	Extended Stay is perfect for my needs. I very much like the fact that there is not daily maid service. This way I don't have to work around a maid's involvement in the room. I do not need da...
