Mediocre	The rooms were not as clean as they should have been. Clean sheet were not always put on when they should have been. I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn and Suites Downtown Kansas City. I might recommend it to friends. Posted 08/26/2006

Okay	It is a little confusing to find, but convenient to several popular locations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was too hard. The pool looked nice but there was not a hot tub... Awful	Stay away! Clueless staff! My stay at this hotel was relatively uneventful until checking out. The room was fine, breakfast was pretty good for a free one, but the location is pretty sketchy.
